Rates and Fees

Standard Rates based on 2 people per site:

• RV sites $40 per night

  
  

• Tent sites $20 per night

  
  

• Dry camping with dump available $25 per night

  
  

• Weekly Rates are $150 a week plus electric 

• Monthly rates are Peak season $500 off season $400 plus electric 

• City and state tax may apply

Rates for additional people over the age of 7:

• Additional site guests are $5 dollars per night

Pet and Equine Fees

• 2 dog limit, no charge. See our Pet Policy.

  
  

• Horse and mules are $25 per night per pen. Due to pen sizes, one equine per pen.

  
  

• Horse and mule stalls are expected to be cleaned before departure. $50 cleaning fee will be charged if not cleaned.

Payment Fees

• We are a new business, so we're still working out payment options.

  
  

• Zelle, Venmo, Cash, and some Credit Cards accepted for now- call us for the latest options.

  
  

• There is a 4% Credit Card fee.
